Uniform
Our Infant school uniform helps children feel that they belong to something special. When our children arrive looking smart, comfortable and ready for the day, they belong to a very proud group of children and school.

You might have seen that we have a new logo! Please be assured that there are NO uniform changes for 2026-2027. From September 2027, we will have a relaxed and sensible change to the new version but only when children grow out of uniform. In September, 2028 we will start new logoed uniform.

Children attending our preschool can choose to wear a school uniform or regular clothes. We ask that they come in comfortable clothes from home, with plenty of room to move and to play. Please choose practical clothing that can cope with a busy day painting, eating, having outdoor adventures and all the wonderfully messy parts of preschool life.

-
We never want the cost of uniform to cause worry or prevent a child from feeling included. Any parent or carer who would appreciate confidential support should contact the school office. We will listen and do all we reasonably can to help.
Personal labels for all items
All clothing, coats, shoes, PE kit, bags and outdoor items should be clearly labelled with your child’s name. Uniform items can look very similar and named items are much easier to return.
The school cannot accept responsibility for lost belongings, but we will always do our best to reunite named items with their owners. Unnamed items will be placed in lost property.

Our chosen suggested label company is Stikins. We have a special fundraising agreement with them to raise extra funds, so please could you add this code to your order when prompted: 22630

Office: Book Bag / Cap

Cap - Our famous green baseball cap for children all year round, but mainly for Summer. Please ask at the Office for one.
Extra Items
For the Wild Garden & Pond, Trips etc
Children in all year groups need named Wellington boots and a waterproof/winter coat for outdoor learning and Nature Garden activities, particularly during wetter weather. The school will let families know when any additional outdoor clothing is needed.
During periods of unusually hot, cold or adverse weather, the school may temporarily adapt the uniform expectations. Any changes will be clearly shared with families. You may wish to be ready with hats & gloves and warm welly/waterproof boots from mid-Autumn.
